Question / Help OBS not working. Running in task manager.

Hey guys!

I'm pretty sure this question has been asked and answered multiple times and I have checked those and they have different answers every time but it's happened to me this time. Like the others the OBS is still running in task manager but there isn't a window at all. The most recent log file is attached below.

Well I first downloaded OBS studio then stumbled upon that but I didn't really see any changes so xD I thought they're the same?
