Question / Help obs not wanna stay stayble with servers

my net is fine a can watch stuff in 1080p and my upload and download speed is fine its not just me it seems to be more them one stream who having this happen to them how can we fix it doesn't seem to want to connect to the servers it will show you streaming the Kbs drop to 0 or 200 out of 3300 or 2500 i try lower bitrate as 1500 and it still drops to 0 can sum one pls help me out here sorry about my english

i forgot to add i can use gameshow and xsplit and it dont drop kbs but i dont wanna pay for it

the kbs dont drop and obs drops the KBS like crazy and i looked in to that link to send me here and i dont see wht it not working
