Question / Help OBS not using my full internet???

Hi whenever i try to stream over 3500 bit rate with 720/60 i get high percentages of dropped frames and the color turns red/orange so i need some help.
this is my internet speed

I'm having exactly the same issues. but when i try 1mbit it just drops frames . I was streaming at 2mbit last week just fine.

When your streaming, there is not only your internet speed considered, there is the factor of the server that you're streaming to. Take that into consideration.

i have tried streaming to youtube and saw that it was so much more stable and better quality than on twitch. so my guess is either not good connection with the twitch servers or something blocking most of my internet going to twitch

Your PC is fine. You need to complain to your ISP if TwitchTest fails for every single nearby ingest server.
