Obs not using GPU arch linux

Hello,

I'm on Arch linux using the current version of OBS with the latest Nvidia Proprietary drivers
even with hardware encoder selected obs is using my cpu.

CPU 8-9% even at idle, then it goes up to nearly 50% when i hit record.

The log shows you using the mesa drivers instead of the nvidia drivers

The flatpak version resolves the issue, don't know why the arch repo version is behaving this way

now i just need to figure out how to make it run in Xwayland instead of wayland so i can use twitch integration and custom docks
