OBS Not Updating Source List

Hi there. I've been having a problem lately where, when I add a new source to my scene, it doesn't appear until I switch scenes and then back again. The included log is that of my (as of this writing) current session where this occurred. I had just added an existing border source called "[Game] H Border Screen Height", but I'm fairly sure this happens with entirely new sources as well.

Any help is appreciated.

Alright, so, a friend gave me the idea to create a new scene set and try migrating everything over. After spending some time manually recreating my scenes, OBS Studio began to do it again.

It doesn't make the program unusable by any means, but it's beginning to grate on me, if I can be honest with you.
