OBS not switching to integrated graphics despite being put in nvidia control panel and graphics settings

OBS is not switching to integrated graphics despite being set to integrated graphics in control panel.
As you can see in the log file, it is still switching to the nvidia graphics. Keep in mind that this is a laptop.

screenshot showing OBS selected in windows' graphics settings
I have the same issue, and I changed OBS setting in Graphics and in Nvidia Controls
