Question / Help OBS not Streaming?

I streamed with the same settings before, but I updated OBS and now when I hit stream, it just shows - kb/s being put out to twitch, I made sure my stream key was set.

I attached a photo with my settings below, any suggestions?

for what do u need opencl=true?
why do u stream with 45fps? use 30 or 60... rong framerates can cause something like that.

run obs as admin, try change the server, maybe install the last version where it was working and try if it happens there too.

also uncheck enforce streaming service..... dont rescale the resolution there do it later under video settings.
