OBS not stopping recording! SOS

I have a problem with OBS, I don´t know what is happening because, when I put stopping recording not stop, and I have to wait about 5 hours for the video, please anyone can help me! Because, I recorded virtual classes of the University for a long time and this has been happening to me since last week
