Obs not showing up after Win11 22H2 update

It worked fine before I installed the 22H2 update. After the update, I can't open it at all. Nothing happend after double clicking. I'v tried run as an admin and run in compatible mode but no help. I checked the log file but there are nothing helpful.
And I found the telegram desktop app had the same problem after 22H2.
