Obs not showing Source name for my 4K60S+ in drop menu.

When I open my 4K capture utility it shows my captured gameplay like it’s supposed to, but in obs it doesn’t recognize that it’s even connected. When I go to the properties for my capture card the source name will not show up in the drop menu. Should I contact Elgato?

I don't know what you did but you try to use your capturecard as ndi source. It is a video source like your webcam, search there.

Okay when I set it as a video capture device and set it to the game capture 4K60S+ all I get is a back screen, when I set it to Elgato game capture hd it just says one moment please and does not load.

Okay i turned off the 4k capture utility and switched it to the Game Capture 4K60S+ and it completely fixed it. Thank you so much. (^-^)
