OBS not showing my graphics card as an option.

OBS in the drop down menu doesn't have my NVIDIA graphics card as an option so I had to choose the x264. I think this one issue causes my other main issue and that is an audio feedback of sorts. When I run audio from my desktop to my audio interface it gets this weird buzzing and sometimes echo affect. It doesn't happen all the time, it may happen once every 30 to 50 seconds and doesn't last too long but it ruins the experience for my viewers. I've posted the link below of the log files and I'll attach a screen shot of the drop down menu. Thank you for any help you may offer.

Further info, all of my drivers are up to date for INVIDIA and I've even reintalled OBS to see if that would fix the issue. I checked the wires for any loop back issues but it seems it's a software issue and not a hardware issue.

That nvidia card is not nvenc supported. Actually there's no encoder in the GPU.

So my $2,000 laptops graphic card isn't compatible? Would that cause the audio issue though? Thank you for taking your time to read this.

external gpus won't perform well even if they are compatible with your system, since they will only run at pci-e x4 at MOST and require thunderbolt 3 or thunderbolt 4.

Ok, thanks, I'll just have to run the generic one available. Do you have an opinion regarding the audio issue?
