OBS not sending to YouTube

For the past few months, OBS has worked flawlessly to send our stream to YouTube. Today, for whatever reason, it has stopped sending. Youtube just sits there waiting for a stream. I have reset the stream key and entered it into OBS,. I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS, and have cleared history and cache with Chrome. Youtube doesn't seem to pick up the stream. Log attached. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Early in that log shows a number of errors of being unable to resolve (ie DNS) obsproject.com and twitch.com hosts. Maybe having internet problems at that moment?
further down shows success connecting to YouTube, but no actual stream. So you were sending. Looks like maybe ytou need to see why YouTube not processing?
Hours ago, I noticed a number of Google related services having huge issues (and other sites impacted as well, so possibly ad network impacted as well?) just guessing
