OBS not saving recording

Recently I've been having this one specific issue with OBS, it hasn't been saving the recording files whatsoever. Also, when I were to go on "stop recording" it just wouldnt stop saving/stop the recording. I've tried using different recording format, different save path, different recording settings, running OBS as adming but nothing seems to do the trick. So I'm now turning to the forums to seek further help. I've tried attaching a log, but the file size was too big apparently so I've uploaded to github and can be found on:
