OBS (Not responding) or slow when creating scenes

For some time now, when I'm creating scenes, adding text, etc... OBS seems slow and clunky. I did a fresh install on another computer at a different site and works fine. Clarifying.... this is not about streaming or video... its the functions, editing, and creation of scenes of the actual program seem very slow to respond when I click on it to create scenes.

These information from you would be helpful to answer by someone.
- What is your OS and what is your hardware (such as CPU)
- What source makes it slow? Or, is it gradually becomes slow?
- What is your Base Resolution? (You can find it on Settings dialog / Video tab.)
