I am also having this same exact issue, here is a log file

@ScribbleNerd I think, that you need to uninstall your security software reboot the PC and try it again (then you can install your security again). And try to unplug your camera from the PC.

I have went into the OBS discord and found out I needed to reinstall my NVIDIA drivers
