OBS Not responding and weird stuff happens

Hello there my friends so lately my OBS is acting very weird.
It happens randomly so I have no clue what is exactly the issue.

The only additional stuff I got on my OBS is Streamelements plugin just in case this might be important
Let me try to explain what is happening with steps:
1. Launching OBS
2. Docked sources start to load infinitely, like : "Stream Information/Activity Feed/Chat"
3. If I click on anything, even if it is outside OBS window (multiple monitors) then OBS itself goes into unresponsive mode
4. If I try to wait long enough ( 5-10 minutes I waited once) nothing happens and program is still unresponsive
5. Now this is when weird stuff happens and what is it you ask...
6. If I try to close OBS by whatever means it doesn't close, terminating process or process tree does nothing, program still is there on monitor unresponsive
7. Now my whole PC becomes unresponsive and nothing that I could open before can't be opened. EVEN TASK MANAGER. Basically If I close anything at that point it can't be opened again.

So here is what I've tried already before "hard power reset":
1. Tried as mentioned above: terminate process or it's tree, be it from task manager or command prompt. No bueno nothing happened.
2. Tried to restart explorer.exe process to see if system becomes responsive again. No bueno
3. Uninstalled whole OBS studio completely (settings/folder etc etc) and installed again. Problem seems to persist still

My PC itself works flawlessly without OBS being launched.
Imo OBS seems to work normally for 50% time lately... which means whenever I want to stream it just forces me to reboot my PC which is annoying. Basically a coinflip at this point.

I find it extremely weird because I didn't add anything to OBS over the last year and it worked fine and now its pullin pranks on me....
Not sure what is happening, I'll drop log file in attachments (hopefully it's correct one).
I also hope I won't have to drop OBS studio because of this issue and there is fix or solution from someone here.

Thanks for reading and thank you for help

Well, while the StreamElements program isn't known to cause this, it's known to replace core OBS Studio functionality with inferior versions of the libraries, some of which DO have stability problems.
I'd recommend removing the OBS.Live plugin as a first-step; all of its functionality can be reproduced in base OBS Studio through the addition and use of Custom Docks anyway (View->Docks->Custom), without having to use problematic library versions.

...it also makes the logfiles a lot more pleasant to read when troubleshooting, without the OBS.Live "verbosity" everywhere.
