OBS (Not Responding) after simple commands

We have been using OBS for a couple years to stream our church services. Over the last week or so we have begun to have a problem with OBS becoming temporarily unresponsive after even simple commands. I thought it might be due to the way our scenes were configured, but even when I created a new scene collection with only one scene OBS will "hang" when simply right clicking to edit a single source. We are running a brand new custom built PC with a ThreadRipper 1900x with 32gb ram and a SSD. Nothing else on the computer has any issue when OBS "hangs" and after a few seconds it will become responsive again. There is no error log, and the best I can tell the Log is not showing anything out of the ordinary.

Hello!

Try running OBS as administrator, if that doesn't work use task manager and see if most of your resources are being used.
Other then that, my knowledge does not expand far enough to help with the issue.
