OBS Not respoding after adding camera

Hi,

i have adquired a camera VIVOTEK IB9387-HT-A, and added has a media source (rtsp link) to obs wich worked fine for a week. After a while, the camera stopped showing and now it makes the obs studio into a "not responding". it happens every time, and the only way to avoid it is to remove the source.

i have other cameras connected in the same way (media source/rstp link) and dont have any problem with it.

Since the obs dont crash, just enters "not responding" i dont have any crash logs to show.

Can you help me please?

I have no specific knowledge of that camera,
Have you made checked the Vivotek camera firmware ? up-to-date, or a stable version?
Does the camera stream run stably outside of OBS?
How many cameras are working at one time? if you remove the other camera sources in OBS, does the vivotek then work? [ie, is your computer overloaded?]
What are you doing for real-time hardware (PC) resource monitoring?
