OBS not recording video from Google Meet window when another window is active

I use OBS for remote research where I record a video call in Google Meet (using Window capture), while I have another browser window open where I write notes.
I noticed in the recordings that while OBS keeps recording the browser window with Google Meet as usual, the video from the participants' webcams is removed the second I change between windows.

Does anyone know a solution to this?

Its not a issue of OBS its your browser (I am guessing you use Chrome). That has happend to me too that's chrome who gives out a black output to free some system memory.
