OBS not recording the last frames and showing a still image

When I record I always have the last 50 frames be a still image. The issue only started happening after a reinstall of OBS.
This happens in every recording. Doesn't matter how long or short it is.

1. Using Windows Update, update to Windows 10 2004 or 20H2/09 if available.
2. Update OBS. You can download the newest supported version at https://obsproject.com/download
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the short cut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Change the Recording Type from Custom Output (FFmpeg) to Standard.

Post new log if still having issues after making those changes.

Thank you for your help, changing the custom output to standard has fixed my issue.
