Question / Help OBS not recording at the games frame rate.

So I've been using OBS for about a year now and I've recently changed my graphics card to a 1050 ti (the change was from a Sapphire R9 380 Nitro 4GB due to it stopping working) But now OBS recordings are stuttering and dropping a serious amount of frames which it never used to, I wouldn't have thought it was the GPU because the two are fairly similar. Does anyone have any solutions for this? I've tried changing the frame rate it records at, using different encoders all sorts of other thigns, I can't figure out why it's dropping the frames. The game itself is running at 80 FPS but OBS is deciding to run at 20FPS when recording even though it's set to 60

This seems to be the main issue but i can't figure out what's causing it: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 6446 (63.9%)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Code:
16:51:22.578: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2309 (48.1%)

Your GPU is overloaded. Make sure you're capping FPS in your game, and that your GPU is installed in the proper slot on your mainboard and running in the correct mode. Please download GPU-Z and post a screenshot (the camera button in the program and upload to free image hosting) Download: https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

Yeah, definitely something going on with your GPU if it's only running in x4 mode. That's almost definitely the problem.
