OBS Not Recognizing VHS on USB Capture Device

I am running OBS on Mac OS 15.1. I have a DigitNow Video Capture connected via USB to a VHS Player. OBS is not recognizing the VHS Player. I've installed OBS multiple times.

I can access the VHS using Quicktime so I know the system sees the USB device.

Suggestions?
