I purchased this some time ago and got frustrated trying to figure out how to use with my facebook live streaming and gave up....trying again now.
i have downloaded firmware, and q2n webcam supports from Zoom site....when i go into OBS, it only recognizes my laptops camera and nothing with the Q2N. I have tried pluging in both the usb input and likewise the micro hdmi....no success...any help would be greatly appreciated.
