Bug Report OBS not reading StreamLabs Stream labels

For the life of me I cannot understand why my obs cannot read my stream labels..

When I select gdi+ then read file, I go to any file like (most recent follower) and select it. It does not show anything on obs. Just blank. So I tried other ones like 30 day donation amount and it actually shows! Like I don't know what to do?? I searched everywhere online and looks like I'm the only one with this problem. Please help!! ( Every other one also does not work).
 
Hey Dustin, did you ever fix this? I'm having the same issue as well.

This is very frustrating. I've literally watched every video I can on YouTube regarding any information on this matter.. and this is the only post I've come across after HOURS of searches.

Any help would be seriously appreciated..
