I made a blunder with an old post trying to ask for help, titled it display capture despite it clearly not being that but whatever.
Basically my issue is that my switch Video capture isn't actually 60 FPS even when set to be in the properties, and I also get screen tearing pretty randomly, sometimes because of a setting change (this mainly happened when I tried to get help on the discord server) and pretty randomly as well.
Note that I don't get screen tearing when streaming the capture card output on discord, and it actually looks way smoother because it's actually 60 FPS, but I genuienly don't know why OBS is doing this with my switch capture.
Please help, I'll send my latest log file that people requested I do in the discord, as well as the log file from a stream I did 2 days ago which had the issues mentioned above.
