OBS Not Picking Up Zoom on 2nd Display

Hello,

I'm trying to pickup and record my Zoom meeting which is on my 2nd display utilizing a HDMI/USB-C Adapter... I'm am broadcasting to the 2nd display with no issues, but when I go into Window or Display Capture OBS is not recognizing the 2nd Monitor...

I'm having similar issues with sending the OBS screen to my Android phone using a Mac.

If I have two separate screens OBS always wants to switch the screens when I turn on obs.

And when you mirror the same screen it just goes haywire.

Different purpose, same technique, same problem.
