Hi all,
I am running a live stream for a Church and am having a weird issue with OBS. Some background: I have a computer connected to an ATEM Mini Pro using USB C. It was working up until last week when the video cut out and would not come back. I can select the Blackmagic camera as a video capture device but both the preview and output are blank. For some weird reason OBS is still able to connect to the audio from the ATEM mini.
After a lot of troubleshooting, including replacing the USB C cable, I found that the Windows Camera app was able to pick up the video feed from the ATEM Mini Pro. I managed to hack the service together this morning by running a Window Capture of the Camera app to be able to stream this morning. It's not pretty, but it works for now lol.
So, does anyone have any suggestions as to why OBS is unable to select ATEM Mini Pro as a video input? The troubleshooting above shows that the computer is receiving a video feed but OBS is not able to natively get video.
