OBS not picking up stream or sound - showing colored lines

Last used Sunday 11/8 for streaming live with no issues. Computer did a full shut down and now when logged into OBS, we get a screen with colored lines. It doesn't seem to be picking up audio or sound.
Not sure what to do at this point as I have limited knowledge on this topic.
