Question / Help OBS Not Picking Up Discord Audio With Voicemeeter

I am able to hear discord when I close OBS, but I cannot hear discord at all when I have OBS open. And yes, I have voicemeeter open at all times.

Maybe the voice meeter output goes to the desktop audio?
And the voice meeter input goes to the mic?

In other words, do you have these mixed up?
