Question / Help OBS not picking mic audio through USB interface (UX1)

Hi guys,
I am new to this audio stuff so please be kind :)
I am running OSX Sierra. I´m using a Shure SM58 Mic connected to a Line 6 UX1 usb interface and audio comes through Pod Farm 2 just fine.
Unfortunately OBS is not picking it up.
After hours searching around I have installed I ShowU Audio Capture extension and managed to create a Multi-Output Device with it but with no success.

At this moment I am stuck and have no idea about what I am doing wrong.

At Audio Midi Setup I set a Multi-Output Device this way:

The UX 1 looks like this:

At System Preferences > Sound I set UX1 as my input ant it actually moves the input volume gauge

And the output is set to the Multi-Output Device:

Finally at OBS I have set a new Audio Input Capture and chose iShowU Audio Capture as device (I have also tried to set UX1):

Unfortunately the sound gage does not shift when I speak

Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance!
Cheers

iShowU is for desktop audio-- audio from a program running on the Mac, not for audio from an external device.

OBS does not work natively with multichannel devices.

You need something like LoopBack from Rogue Amoeba; it does what iShowU does, but also can create virtual devices and allows for manual channel routing from hardware so you can create devices OBS can capture that includes the channels you want.

@Narcogen thanks a lot! Finally It worked!
For other people here is my LoopBack setup:

Then at System Preferences > Sound I set UX1 as my input and at OBS I set Shure Mic as my Audio Input Capture Device.
Kudos 2 @Narcogen
