So basically I tried recording using NVENC H.264, and I wasn't quite pleased with the results so I switched back to x264 and ever since then my OBS frames won't keep up anymore. I used to be able to record in 1440fps @ 720p and now whenever I start recording it just drops and stays around 100-300fps. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with Revo Uninstaller (to clear up everything) still persists.
