My English isn't good so I used Translate, please bear with me.

I tried open OBS several times but it still doesn't work (nothing any happened). I can't saw OBS process anywhere. but it appeared for a while in Task Manager. (It's disappeared as soon as I saw it). also It doesn't exist in System Tray. and I've tried delete OBS+User Settings and reinstall OBS, but couldn't open it.
I don't use Elgato and not installed any vaccine programs my computer (except Windows Defender).
I have log information. please help me!!!
