I just bought and installed the Razer Kiyo Pro webcam because I want to start recording and streaming. I hooked it all up and it does work; but OBS doesn't recognize it as an option in the video capture device. It only lists "USB Video Device" and the OBS virtual camera.
I do notice however when the USB video device option is selected, a white light on the camera turns on; I presume that means it's active. But there is no preview of what the camera sees. I have been able to get it to work for a brief few seconds after unplugging and re connecting the USB cable. Only for a few seconds a preview appears but then freezes. I've tried nearly any and all recommendations from restarting everything, uninstalling drivers and software, to updating Windows, changing security and privacy settings and I'm about to throw in the towel here. I need help; please.
