OBS not detecting ANY VST plugins / nothing showing in filters menu

Hi people,
I am new to OBS and I'm trying to get the sound from my DAW (Cakewalk by Bandlab) to be heard in OBS.
To do so, I've discovered through tutorials that I need ReaStream, to send the audio from the DAW to OBS.
I have read every thread and watched a ton of videos but I keep having this dumb problem - OBS can't seem to find the ReaStream plugin no matter what I do.

Tried re-installing ReaStream and moving the plugin between different folders with no positive result.
As you can see in the pictures, the plugin works perfectly in Cakewalk.
I have tried different sources in the sources menu as well. Not working.

PLEASE tell me I just forgot some simple detail, I'd rather be ashamed and have this functioning properly.

Only v2 plugins supported.
OBS will look for the VST 64-bit plugins in (Windows platform, 64-bit OS):
Code:
C:/Program Files/Steinberg/VstPlugins/
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Steinberg/Shared Components/
C:/Program Files/Common Files/VST2
C:/Program Files/Common Files/VSTPlugins/
C:/Program Files/VSTPlugins/
So, copying them to other folders are useless.

I'm so sorry for being totally incompetent, I had none of these folders so just created one named VST2 and it worked....Thank you so much
