obs not connecting to facebook.

i am trying to stream my weekly show with my co-host ( who is on skype). i have set obs up how i was taught. i put the stream key into obs and then hit start streaming in obs. go over to facebook to fill in title and description so i can go live and obs is not connecting to facebook. i have attached my log file. can someone take a look at it and let me know what they see is going wrong please. https://obsproject.com/logs/RgQP1s28M9lTn1wf

Dont use a wireless connection and your complete System is overloaded you have Not enough ram

And its an connection bandwitch Problem use an networkcabel but for this System i dont give more Support IT will make only Problem in the future
Need beter cpu
More RAM
