OBS not connecting to Facebook Live

Hello, I've been trying to connect obs to facebook live.
The computer im using is a low end laptop.
I've tried updating everything and restarting such.
Made sure all permissions were made.
However it is just in facebook live producer.
Obs isn't being detected by "connect video source" on live producer.
I'm not sure what the problem is. The stream key is the same and
i've refreshed the stream key multiple times.
Could someone help?

We aren't trying to do a high quality stream just it's very mid quality.
30fps at max.
and only streaming the camera for the stream.

the section of log you posted is partial and basically meaningless. you need to post the ENTIRE log from a Recording/Streaming session (preferably 30 seconds long or longer)

we stream to FB just fine (knock on wood) using Scheduled Video event and NOT using Persistent Stream key (security measure)
As for /live/producer NOT showing preview window (stream source as normal when OBS Studio has green streaming light)... this is ENTIRELY a FaceBook issue [nothing to do with OBS Studio].
- Browser refresh (Chrome on Win10) works for us the few times it has happened to us
- FB has been screwing with (and up) /live/producer web page code for months now (and possibly stuff on the back-end as well)

Standard best practice
- connect using InCognito/InPrivate Mode when practical [takes a few seconds extra to login, saves lots of hassles]
- check/clear Browser cookies/cache as appropriate [I almost never am NOT in InCognito/InPrivate mode] .. I often clear all, but then again, I know what I'm looking at, and the implications of doing so... ymmv

I have found that once you click on "start streaming" on OBS, if you refresh your FB page...you are then able to click on the "go live" tab and your stream will operate. Hope this helps.
