OBS not communicating with Blackmagic Ultrastudio 4k

Previous to Big Sur update and updating OBS software, everything worked beautifully. Now, however, when setting up for a live stream we are no longer getting a video or audio signal into OBS from the Blackmagic Device. I've tried changing sample rates, bitrates, video resolutions, input types, and uninstalling and reinstalling. For whatever reason, I cannot restore my streaming capabilities. My current set-up is as follows.

iMac running Big Sur
Black Magic Design Ultrastudio 4k Thunderbolt 2
1080p60 input via HDMI
Analog input VIA XLR
Audio feed coming directly from Behringer X32 sound board

All outgoing signals are good, however no sound or video in OBS

Did you ever hear of any solution to this? We are currently in the same boat. We have the following:

iMac running Big Sur
Black Magic Design Ultrastudio 4k Thuderbolt
Black Magic Atem Television Studio Pro 4k
Pro fx 16 channel Mixer

Everything was working well a year ago and unfortunately due to the Pandemic this space went unused. Now with everything updated we are unable to get video from the Ultrastudio to OBs.

I can confirm that the ultra studio is getting signal from our ATEM Switcher and OBS sees the Ultrastudio. Just no image. Any information would be appreciated.
