OBS not capturing top 3rd of screen

I have checked setting and looked through forums here and elsewhere and cannot find an answer. it is probably something simple but i need to ash. my settings for capture and output are as shown. Second image is a pic of capture results. Any help would be appreciated.

Right-click on the source in the Sources list, Transform, Reset Transform. Make sure the source is not locked when doing this.
