OBS not capturing audio output sources or audio monitoring device

Im having issues capturing my desktop audio. I have a source called desktop audio and i can choose the correct device but obs doesnt detect any sound. Everything is correct with my sound settings and nothing is muted anywhere. Everything was working find until a couple days ago. I didnt change any settings. I did update to windows 11 but im not sure if thats just coincidence.

Ive checked monitoring device and no matter what device i choose it doesnt change anything. It just seems like my obs doesnt wanted to capture any type of output audio. My input audio works fine, no issues with my microphone.

Ive tried everything so im really hoping someone can help me here. Thank you

Ok well i finally solved my issue. While im in the process of reinstalling everything i could think of. I eventually uninstall voicemeeter banana, its a audio mixer application, once i do that my obs audio output capture begins to work again. Not sure what the issue was exactly but i reinstalled voicemeeter and everything is working fine now. Consider doing that if you are running into this issue.
