OBS not capturing any audio, only if running Os X as a guest

Hey there,
Ive had no issues with obs since the beginning but all of sudden it doesnt capture any audio going in for few weeks. Not through mic, not through audio interface. I tried everything including clean reinstall. So I logged in to my mac as a guest and opened obs and here we go, works like a charm, without an issue. So Im wondering if anything could be blocking the signal on my regular mac account. Any help is appreciated.

Are you using Catalina? if you are download and try sound siphon. Let me know if it work after. But you have to configure sound siphon

I'm not on Catalina, but Mojave. Like I said, there is no problem if running the system as guest. Obs always worked for me until now for no reason. Just dont if any app is causing it.

Sound like permission problem or some app maybe running on the background blocking something
