Question / Help OBS - no sound from apps

Using MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 with latest OBS (22.0.3?) I've installed IShowU audio thingy, went to Audio Midi Setup and created Aggregate Device using Built-in Input and IShowU Audio Capture, in OBS I go to Mic/Aux device and select the Aggregated Device, but no matter what I do, there's just no sound from the apps.

What are my options here other than installing Windows?

Did you set the aggregate device as your output device? Did you do so before launching the application you are trying to capture?
