OBS no longer starts YouTube stream

Clicking "Start Streaming" in OBS no longer streams to YouTube. We now have to go to the "Live Control Room" and from "Create" button -> "Go live" on the YT website). Is anyone else having this issue and is there going to be a fix so that we don't need the additional steps?

This is due the recent Youtube update where you have to be in Youtube Control Room when you start your stream. I can see the vMIX has already found a solution this by integrating the control inside vMIX. I hope the same will come to OBS so we can start the stream without having to login to Youtube everytime ;).
 
I wonder if it's a bug or if they did this on purpose because I don't see any reason why they would want anyone to go to the live control room every time before starting a new stream
