Question / Help OBS no longer displays screens

OBS used to work, then I had a complete Windows System crash after a Windows Update.
I re-installed everything and all my apps/programs work except OBS.
So I uninstalled completely OBS and downloaded the current version - 23.0.2

EDIT
I noticed the Log File at line 6 says - 19:30:52.683: Running as administrator: false
Not sure exactly what that means but I did check my User Account Settings and I am definitely listed as Administrator.

I notice in the Forum that GamingXRec has the same problem

I have a gaming laptop and I just noticed a post that refers to this link - https://obsproject.com/wiki/Laptop-Troubleshooting#configure-your-system-for-display-capture
I followed the instructions for Display Capture as that is what I would like to use and it works.

I will leave it like this and hope that there are no other problems caused by this change.
I would though love to hear from one of you amazing pros on this matter.
