OBS no longer able to detect / capture certain games using new Elgato 4KPro card

I upgraded / replaced my Elgato 4K60 Pro MK.2 capture card (https://www.elgato.com/us/en/p/game-capture-4k60-pro) with the new 4KPro capture card (https://www.elgato.com/us/en/p/game-capture-4k-pro).

Now, whenever I play games where the "Elgato 4K Capture Utility" shows the source being "2160p120", OBS is unable to display the game capture in 4K resolution. Games that display the source as "2160p60" do not have the issue.

As a workaround, I set the resolution to 1080 in the OBS capture card properties.

This issue never happened with the Elgato 4K60 Pro MK.2 capture card. I was able to set the OBS capture Card properties to 4K resolution with zero issues playing any game.

Some troubleshooting performed:
* Ensured both gaming PC and streaming PC have latest graphics drivers.
* Ensured "Elgato 4K Capture Utility" is on latest version.

UPDATE - I am currently going through a 4k120hz HDMI switch. I now have the gaming PC plugged directly into the Elgato 4KPro capture card and the issue persists. The signal cuts in and out or cuts out entirely. I noticed it doesn't happen all the time though. So This would appear to be more of an Elgato issue than OBS. I submitted a ticket with Elgato.

I'd also like to add the issue specifically occurs if the game is using "FullScreen" display. Setting the game to "Windowed" or "Borderless" does NOT have the issue.
