Bug Report OBS no game capture in 0.15.1

After the update to 0.15.1, I have not been able to get game capture to work. I have altered settings, both for curiosity and for some fixes listed on the forums. I have restarted my computer (even without updates) and because there is no visual input, the hotkeys for recording/streaming won't work either. I uninstalled and reinstalled without old settings, and I still have the same problem.

In this log capture successful, but you may try vlc player on playback, or delete and make 'Game Capture' source again.

What about your hotkeys? What actions, keys?

That first log was successful, cause it was a window capture log I saved that worked after reinstalling the new OBS. The new log is different.
Hotkeys for recording are F9 for stop and start, for streaming they are F10 stop and start

You entered Studio Mode then somewhere they are disappeared (hotkeys)?

I never originally entered studio mode. That problem still exists but I never entered studio mode.
That still doesn't explain why there is no source preview or that it will not record the game capture.
I tried WMP, VLC and Media Player Classic, no sound or video.

Try to run OBS Studio in Admin Mode.

I got sound but no capture, and no preview.
There is also no option to resize it as well.

1. Is obs studio folder in the trust list of security software?
2. Can you capture any other application?
3. Do you see red bounding box like in this post: OBS Studio Game Capture Not Working At All ?
4. If nothing works, try follow this steps: Game capture not working (under the spoiler). This may insure that you able to capture at least something.

In OBS 0.15.1 I had to resort to the step 4.
I downloaded and installed the 0.15.2 and even though I couldn't get anything to begin with, the resizing the bounding box worked (as well as the fit to screen transform option).
