I use OBS to stream to my channel on YouNow. Sometimes, I am a guest on other YouNow users' channels; this involves being invited to use my webcam. I want to play the OBS scenes I normally stream, but route the video and audio to my webcam. I am currently using NDI 4 Tools; the video is OK, but the audio is not heard.
Assumptions: I do not need to stream to play videos routed to my webcam.

- Dell XPS 15 9570, Windows 10
- OBS
- Audio Mixer
- Video (Media Source) > Advanced Audio Properties > Audio Monitoring: Monitor Only (mute output)
- Desktop Audio > Advanced Audio Properties > Audio Monitoring: Monitor Off
- Note: I did this because the audio was phasing between the video audio and the Desktop Audio

- NDI Output settings
- Main Output: "OBS NDI Main Output"
- NDI Output settings
- Audio Mixer
- NDI 4 Tools
- Webcam Input application
- NDI Virtual Input (in toolbar icon tray)
- Select: "OBS NDI Main Output"
- Skype (I probably don't need this, but it's useful for testing)

- Video > Camera: NewTek NDI Video
- Audio > Microphone: Line (NewTek NDI Audio)

- Grant permission for younow.com to use the camera and microphone
- Select NDI source for both camera and microphone
