OBS NDI support - Is there a problem with palakis.fr website

I am trying to download https://ndi.palakis.fr/runtime/ndi-runtime-4.5.1-macOS.pkg but I constantly get a timeout error. Can I get the NDI runtime module from somewhere else ?
