OBS NDI Source - Video from Skype problem

Hey, guys. Sorry, I'm new to OBS. I started recording videos with a friend for YouTube and use NDI source to put both our face cams on OBS screen and sometimes his video box either enlarges or shrinks. I cannot find the root of the problem.

When you add the NDI source, select transform and then set bounding box type to scale to inner bounds. This will cope with the resolution change which is the cause of the box changing sizes.
