OBS-NDI plug in downloaded but showing black screen

Hi I am trying to stream my Zoom through the OBS-NDI plug in. I downloaded all the necessary files. The NDI video capture, the NDI driver and the abs-ndi plug in. When I open OBS and added my NDI as a source it is just showing a black screen with a red frame. Please help
