Question / Help OBS NDI issues with x3 PC setup

I just upgraded my gaming PC and kept the old hardware...
All 3 PC are Win 10 Latest updates with OBS latest updates.
at the moment the Gaming PC is also acting as router to the other 2 (before that the old Streaming was acting as a router to the old Gaming PC)
so i run OBS and NDI on the gaming PC and both of the 2 other PCs cant find the source, meanwhile the current gaming PC sees NDI outputs from the other 2 PCs and the other 2 PCs see each others sources.
Strangely the Gaming PC doesnt see any of the other 2 PCs in the network tab in Explorer, even when all PCs have Network discover enabled and set to open, with also all firewall being disabled.
Hardware 8700K Aorus Z370 Gaming 7.
Could really use some help on that.

update....
all PCs see each other in the network..>
gaming PC can see ALL NDI outputs
other 2 PCs can only see each others NDI outputs, but cant see the NDI output from the Gaming PC

ok tried the following steps
all firewalls down
all NICs in the same bridge
manually putting in firewall 5353 (googled from NDI) and OBS on outbound and inbound...
reinstalling all 3 PCs NDI and NDI Runtime or whatever it was....
i have full access to each PC and still NDI from Gaming isnt shown to the other 2 PCs but the Gaming PC sees the NDI from itself and the other 2.
also tried disabling the bridge and leaving a single PC and still same issue

hmmm OBS just crashed on close on the Gaming PC....
where is the crash log folder so i can upload the crash...
really wanna find the issue and go CPU encoding instead of GPU...
